Pure Eau says hydration is key to exam success

Pure Eau supports lots of praise and plenty of water being the key to exam success.
With the exam season looming, surely it isn’t rocket science that parents naturally praise  children during those dreaded exams times to give them the final push to do the best they can – or do we really? A report by the BBC today states that parents often struggle knowing how to motivate their offspring and have offered pointers of what to say and what not to say. Pure Eau is passionate about ensuring young minds are hydrated during exams too, as drinking fresh, pure water aids concentration so using our water coolers and water filters to supply endless glasses of chilled water to your budding Einstein will certainly help.
So back to the praise bit – Who doesn’t need bit of praise to motivate them? But what are we supposed to be saying to calm and soothe our youngsters yet motivate them to excel? The report suggests comments such as “You learned that so quickly, you’re so smart!” or "Look at that drawing. Are you the next Picasso or what?" or even "You're so brilliant - you passed that exam without really studying!" These “confidence-boosting” statements are what should be given to children and are used in homes and classrooms every day, particularly with exams looming. So we have established that praise really helps but dozens of studies have found that high achievers in practically any subject learn faster than those who reach lower levels of attainment as they improve almost at identical rates. However, the high achievers practice for longer and if they appear to have a particular gift it is usually because they have been given extra tuition at home. This is not to deny that some kids start out better than others - it is merely to suggest that the starting point we have in life is not particularly relevant but usually down to mindset and praise.  Experiments from around the world have shown that when parents and teachers adopt this approach, and stick to it, it works and produces the results. So the key it appears is lots of praise and lots of practice. Combine that with a healthy diet, regular breaks, at least 8 glasses of Pure Eau’s filtered water and you are on to a winner.
Pure Eau provides water solutions to all your needs. Our water has been through the reverse osmosis process ensuring all the contaminants are removed to ensure the water you drink in our water filters, water coolers, at home and in the office is nothing but pure.
